- Her statistical skills are wide ranging, but focus particularly in the areas of the application of evaluation methods, techniques for health outcome measurement, psychometrics, survey design, factor analytical techniques and the development of quantitative instruments

- She is fully proficient in a range of statistical software [SPSS 17.0 for Windows, NQUERY 5.0, AMOS 17.0, RUMM 2020] and database packages [Access and Excel] and in bringing the analysis of complex datasets to fruition

- She has an extensive publication track record in a wide range of disciplines, particularly in the areas of cancer research, mental health, rehabilitation and nursing. She has jointly authored 85 published articles [peer-reviewed papers, books, book chapters and reports] and 20 conference presentations, posters and abstracts

- With fellow Osman Consulting Director [White], she has jointly published a Research Monograph on implementation and evaluation methods of Clinical Supervision [a method of providing support to nurses in their workplace] and also continues to submit manuscripts for publication related to her personal areas of research interest in evaluation methods, brain injury, melanoma and health outcomes research

- She was the biostatistician to the national Clinical Supervision Evaluation Project funded by the Department of Health, England and, with fellow Osman Consulting Director [White], is Joint Chief Investigator, the randomised controlled trial Clinical Supervision, funded by the Queensland Treasury. Both studies are acknowledged as ground breaking
