- In addition to substantial research project management and consultancy experience, he has broad methodological expertise and interests, including large scale surveys and governmental national censuses, and personal semi-structured interviews/focus group facilitation, and the analyses thereof. In substantive terms, his personal research interests relate to health services research per se and to mental health and the efficacy of support mechanisms in professional practice, in particular. For example, he was Joint Director, the national Clinical Supervision Evaluation Project funded by the Department of Health, England and, with fellow Osman Consulting Director [Winstanley], is Joint Chief Investigator, the randomised controlled trial Clinical Supervision, funded by the Queensland Treasury.
